George Massouridis is the founder of the Navigators Group and a proud local of Sydney’s Inner West. George began his career as a Westpac bank manager in 1992, serving the communities of St George and Sutherland Shire regions. After helping his clients achieve success for eight years, George realised he could use his knowledge of the mortgage and property markets to help even more people realise their financial dreams.

Mortgage Navigators was formed in 2000, created with a dedication to outstanding customer service and ensuring the right home needs the right loan. George is also a successful property investor himself, using his extensive expertise in the property market and mortgage ecosystem to build an impressive portfolio. It is this wealth of knowledge which informs everything in the Navigators Group, making decades of success available to everyday Australians.

Maroun brings more than 25 years of finance and property experience to Mortgage Navigators. As our Sales & Operations Lead, he helps guide the team to deliver exceptional service, smooth processes, and uphold the high standards clients rely on by drawing on his deep understanding of credit, policy, and the lending landscape.

Specialising in High-Net-Worth families, property investors and commercial clients, Maroun is known for simplifying complex lending scenarios and finding smart, strategic solutions that align with long‑term financial objectives.

With qualifications in finance and real estate, he offers a unique blend of lending expertise and property insight, helping clients uncover opportunities and make confident, informed decisions. Maroun loves building long‑term relationships and takes pride in seeing clients grow – whether they’re expanding a property portfolio or securing financing for the next chapter.

George is an industry veteran, having led banking and finance teams across the South Sydney and Sutherland Shire regions since 2002. In 2020, George joined the Navigators team and has worked tirelessly to ensure every home has the right loan available to them.

George has been recognised for his efforts assisting thousands of Sydneysiders with their financing needs by The Australian Broking Awards and The Adviser Better Business Awards. George holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management as well as qualifications in Business Management and Banking, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and even a Justice of the Peace. Safe to say, you’re in good hands with George helping you to find the right loan.

Irene is one of the trusted leaders in the Navigators group and has been supporting clients across the business since 2001. Irene takes pride in the care she delivers for all Navigators customers, using her considerable experience to ensure the process is as stress free as possible. It's why hundreds of clients have trusted her over the years to help them achieve their property and finance goals.

It is the special milestones which mean the most to Irene, from the first home to the next investment property, as they strive for a better financial position. Irene has completed a Diploma and Certificate IV in Financial Services and is a member of MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia) and AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority). Irene can also be relied on to provide expert advice on the best Greek and Italian food recommendations in the area!

Amanda brings a wealth of experience to the team at Mortgage Navigators. Amanda has an intimate knowledge of the lending space, having spent almost 13 years with major lenders NAB and QBank, helping Sydneysiders access the right financing for their property dreams. Bringing her considerable talents to Navigators in 2018, Amanda was able to widen her scope to include all lenders, to ensure every home had access to the right loan.

Amanda has a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokering, combining her formal qualifications with a proven track record in the industry to help people across the Inner West and Greater Sydney grow their wealth through property.

Joey is a key member of the Navigators team. Joey entered the industry in 2013, supporting brokers and securing loans for well over a decade. During this time Joey has assisted hundreds of people across Sydney access the right finance to secure their home and build towards their investment goals.

Joey is an MFAA and ACA member with an impressive academic background, holding a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, along with a Double Degree in Maths and Education. It is this knowledge, applied across years of experience which helps Joey ensure each client has the right finance options to fit their specific needs.

Anthony joined Mortgage Navigators in 2026 after five years inside two of the country's largest banks, having held retail banking and home lending roles at the Commonwealth Bank before stepping up to Home Lending Executive at NAB. Those years gave him a deep understanding of how the biggest lenders assess a deal and where applications succeed or stall. This inside knowledge which now works squarely in his clients' favour.

At Mortgage Navigators, Anthony works across residential mortgages, commercial and development lending, asset finance, SMSF and private lending, helping clients match the right structure to the right goal. He holds a degree in Finance and Economics from Western Sydney University, with a focus on banking, corporate finance and securities law. Anthony embodies everything we believe in with The Navigators Way. He makes the time to understand each person's position and walk them through every step, so the path to their property goals feels clear rather than complicated.

Aleks has spent his career on every part of a home loan. He started out broking with Aussie in 2019, then moved to Westpac where he spent three years assessing credit before stepping into a Business Development Manager role. Most recently, Aleks ran his own finance group. This diverse experience means he reads a deal the way few can, navigating how a lender actually reaches its decision and what it takes to build the relationships that keep good finance flowing.

He joined Mortgage Navigators in 2026 to lead growth and broker distribution, charged with expanding our firm's reach, deepening our lender and referral partnerships and developing the next generation of Navigators brokers. This means our clients will experience a wider network, stronger lender relationships and a team built to carry the same standard of service that has defined The Navigator Way since we were founded in 1999. Aleks brings the energy and long-term thinking to ensure that as the business grows, we never stop delivering on our core promise of the right loan for the right home.

As Mortgage Navigators’ New Client Associate, Jack is often the first point of contact for our customers on their lending journey. He came to the role with great hands-on experience in the early stages of broking, having qualified and booked more than 1,800 client appointments at Lendi Group. Through this he learned to read a borrower's situation quickly and gather the right information to set them up for success.

These initial stages are so important when helping our clients navigate the next step in their property journey, which makes Jack such an integral part of our team. He holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and brings an easy, patient approach to every conversation. Whether you are a first-home buyer with a hundred questions or simply not sure of the next step, Jack makes sure you feel looked after from the very first call.
